Emily Jean Stohner GENEVA- Emily Jean Stohner, 62, passed away peacefully on Thurs. (Oct. 12, 2017), at Geneva General Hospital. Friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m. Sat. (Oct. 21), at the Palmisano-Mull Home LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Contributions may be directed to the Ontario ARC, 3071 County Complex Dr., Canandaigua, NY 14424. Emily was born on Feb. 28, 1955 in Rochester and was a daughter of Noreen Delores Steimer and the late George Henry Moore. She worked as a supervisor for the Ontario ARC. Emily was known to be a hardworking and loving wife, mother and grandmother, who showed great devotion toward family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Richard G. Stohner of Geneva; children, Shawn Scott of UT, Jason (Kelly) Scott of UT and Jennifer (William) Waldron III of Waterloo; several brothers and sisters, grandchildren, Makayla Belle Scott, Justus Walls, Ashton Walls, Jason Scott, Jr., Kyra Scott, Ryen Scott and Anthony Elwell; best friend, Kathy Storto of Waterloo and many other friends; several nieces and neohews.
