It was with sadness I read that John had passed. I have nothing but good memories of working with him at Geneva General Hospital where I coordinated volunteers for several years. He drove for mobile meals both on a regular route and always tried to accommodate me if I called to ask him to fill in. He knew all the recipients and always had a word for them, which was often as important as the food some days. His sense of humor was infectious, and it was a pleasure to work with him. I know he (and Jean) will be missed. Jean Harman
