Donald “Rabbit” Ingandello WATERLOO- Donald Ingandello, 71, passed away peacefully on Wed. (July 6, 2022) at Pathway Home of Finger Lakes. In honoring Don’s wishes there will be no calling hours. Family and friends may attend a Celebration of Life service on Tuesday (July 12) at 12:00 pm. The service will be held at Geneva Assembly of God Church, 757 Pre Emption Road, Geneva, NY. Pastor Dale Andrews will be officiating the service. Don was born on July 4, 1951. Don was a retired professional painter and took pride in his work. He enjoyed restoring Virginia Dean’s Bed & Breakfast, on Hamilton Street, Geneva. He also painted many commercial and residential properties in the surrounding area. Donald’s passion was all about Vehicles, from his favorite sport NASCAR to the many cars he has owned throughout the years. His two all-time favorites were his gold 1978 Trans Am and his 1979 silver 10th Anniversary Limited edition Trans Am. He owns an extensive die cast car collection. Don thoroughly enjoyed all things Nostalgic: vintage vehicles, old films, television sitcoms, reminiscing over events and special times with family and close friends from days gone by. Don’s nickname was “Rabbit”. He had a great sense of humor and loved seeing people enjoying life. Don had a talented artistic side to him, from playing piano and drums, drawing and sketching, he also was involved in some theatrical performances. He loved traveling along with the band “Wilmer and the Dukes”. Donald is survived by his sister Carol (Bill) Morlang; special niece Karen (Dale) Andrews; nephew Robert (Karen) Bates and dear friend Gloria Dougherty. He is predeceased by his parents Frank and Wilma Ingandello.
