Kwok-Chun Chung, 91, passed away on February 13, 2025 at Geneva Living Center North.


Kwok-Chun was born on October 20th, 1933 in Baoan, China and was the daughter of the late Chow Chan and Ngan-Yau Chang. She immigrated to the USA in 1985 and moved to Geneva, NY in 1987 to join her late husband, Tim-Hung Chung, working together in the kitchen at Wing Tai Restaurant. She always greeted everyone with a warm, cheerful smile and spoke to them in Chinese, regardless of whether they understood it or not. After retiring in 1993, she enjoyed spending her time gardening, fishing, playing mahjong, and traveling abroad to see her friends and family.




Kwok-Chun is survived by her seven children Yen-Mei Cheung, Yen-Kau Wong, Chi-Ming Chung, Yen-Ling Chung, Chi-Wang Chung, Alex Chung, Stella Ng, sister Siu-Ching Chan, and numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren.




Kwok-Chun was predeceased by her husband, Tim-Hung Chung, sister So-Yin Lowe and granddaughter Sin-Yi Chung.


A private service to honor Kwok-Chun will be held at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee Street, Geneva, NY on Friday, March 7, 2025.




Kwok-Chun will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
