Ada Genevieve Iredale
WATERLOO-Ada G. Iredale, 91, quietly entered into Heaven to be with her Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, March 16, 2025 with her daughter by her side. Family and friends may call from 11 am to 12 pm on Friday (March 28, 2025) followed by a funeral service at 12 pm at The First Love Church, 125 Border City Road, Geneva, NY.
Mrs. Ada McBride Iredale was born June 7, 1933 in St. Mary's, PA and is the daughter of the late Harry and Genevieve (Minnick) McBride. She went to St. Mary's School at a young age then moved to Upstate New York where she continued her education at Mynderse Academy and graduated in 1951. Ada held various jobs though out the course of her life, her last job was with W.T. Grants. She was united in Holy Matrimony to Robert J. Iredale in 1957. They were both blessed with two wonderful children. Ada was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary for many years along with her mother. She was a former member of the Methodist Church in Geneva and later become an active member of First Love Church in Geneva. Ada attended College in 1988 and graduated with Cum Laude. She loved to play cards with anyone anywhere. Ada had a generous spirit and pleasant personality, she was loved by many. Her influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her.
Ada is survived by her pride and joy; her son Robert Iredale of Waterloo, daughter Nancy (Orlando Morales) Iredale Pascarella of Geneva; brother Ransom (Barb) McBride of Waterloo; grandchildren Amy (Brent) Zartler, Dia Iredale, Breanna Iredale, Cassidy Penner, Tiffani Pascarella and Zach Pascarella, 5 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and caretakers.
She is predeceased by her husband Robert Jackson Iredale and brother Kenny McBride.
