Jesse James Parks Sr.
GENEVA-Jesse James Parks, 68, passed away peacefully on Monday, (July 7, 2025) in Strong Memorial Hospital with his loving wife at his side. Family and friends may attend a graveside service at 10 am Saturday (July 12) at Brookside Cemetery followed by a Celebration of Life at 11am at Geneva Christian Fellowship Church.

Jesse was born on October 8, 1956 in Milledgeville, GA and was a son of the late Willie L. and Betty (Goosby) Parks. Jesse attended Onondaga Community College and worked at Vance Metal in Geneva. He was accomplished in Martial Arts with a degree in Sno-Don-Ho Karate Black Belt. He loved his computers.
He is survived by his wife Denise (Kesel) Parks; children Natasha Parks, Jasmine Parks, John Sawyer, Elizabeth (James) Ayers, Jesse Parks Jr., Andre Parks, Ja'Mar (Breanna) Parks; siblings John Brown, Naomie Shaine Badmus, Julia (Shamain) Elrahman, Sherry Massey, Lisa Jabril, and Michael Parks, as well as many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Jesse is predeceased by his sister Betty Caroline Johnson and his brother Willie Parks.
