Charles "Dick" R. Conoyer
MAY 19, 1943 – SEPTEMBER 18, 2025
Charles Richard "Dick" Conoyer was born on May 19,1943 to parents James and Esther Conoyer of St. Peters MO. Dick was a maverick and an inspiration to all who knew him. A self-made man who grew up in a small rural community with no more than a high school education, he went on to co-found CCN International in Rochester in 1985 and moved the company to Geneva in 1986. CCN International is maker of bespoke high end o?ce furniture working with many of the Fortune 500 companies. Dick was successful because he innately understood people, was passionate about his company and fiercely competitive. Dick retired from the company 4 years ago and retired to Florida.
He was also an avid golfer. He played on golf courses all over the world and loved being the one to make the final putt on 18 to win it all! Besides winning many tournaments, he also had a hole-in- one and a double eagle to his credit. Dick loved being with people. A quick wit and a great story teller made him the life of the party. He loved his family deeply and always showed up for them.
Dick is survived by his wife Cathy Conoyer, his daughters Ashlyn Perry and Dana Zalkauskas, his sister Loraine DuBois and two granddaughters McCaela Miley and Kyle Zalkauskas, two great grandsons and many nieces and nephews. He remained life-long friends with his first wife, Deanna Herrin. Dick changed so many lives and was such an inspiration to all. He also loved animals and would be delighted to have any donations to an animal shelter or wildlife center in his memory. Celebrations of Life will take place in Bradenton, FL, St. Peters, MO, Santa Fe, NM, Palm Springs, CA and Geneva, NY, all places Dick spent time and loved.
