GENEVA- Edward "Eddie" T. Marino, 62, passed away peacefully on Thurs. (Jan. 4, 2024), at Strong Memorial Hospital. He was surrounded by loved ones. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Mon. (Jan. 15), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tues. (Jan. 16), at St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Geneva. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Eddie was born on Sept. 7, 1961, in Geneva and was a son of the late Mario and Frances (Kevak) Marino. He attended SUNY Potsdam and Hobart and William Smith Colleges and was a 4.0 student. Eddie was a micromicroscopist and worked several years at Kodak and then Cornell before moving to Pall Corporation for the last 10 years. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and was a muscle car enthusiast. Eddie was a devoted member of Our Lady of Peace Parish and was a member of the St. Stephen's choir at 10:30 Mass. He is survived by his brothers, Jim (Kellie) Marino of Geneva and Patrick (Kusalin Inamkha) Marino of Washington, D.C.; nieces and nephews, Marcella and Marshall, Joseph, and Thomas, Kimberly, Jennifer, Brittany, and Rachel; great-nieces, Ramona and Vivian; great-nephews, Tegan, Max, James, and Zackery. In addition to his parents, Eddie was predeceased by his sister, Marylee Spade.
