Hattie Mae Green GENEVA- Hattie Mae Green, 96, passed away peacefully on Sun. (May 28, 2017), at home, surrounded by her loving family. Family and friends may call from 12 to 1 p.m. Fri. (June 2), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery. Hattie was born on March 26, 1921, in Waycross, GA to the late Lottie McDonald and James Trady. At a young age she moved to Florida, where she was raised. She came to Geneva, NY where she met and married the late Corrie "Bob" Green in 1956. They enjoyed 46 years of marriage. She worked as a domestic housekeeper for L.S. Lee and Son for 25 years before she retired. Hattie was a member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Geneva for many years. She dedicated her life to Jehovah and was baptized in 1984, where she was faithful for many years. Hattie leaves to mourn; two children, James Mimms Morgan, Jr. and Lily Pearl Mimms; a host of nieces and nephews and many other special people. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her two sisters, Maude Haggen and Gussie M. Lane.
