GENEVA- Ramona J. Sparr, 75, passed away peacefully on Fri. (Jan. 13, 2023), at the Huntington Living Center in Waterloo. Friends may call from 12 to 2 p.m. Sat. (Jan. 21), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home. Contributions may be directed to Beverly Animal Shelter 50 E. River St. Waterloo, NY 13165, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place; Memphis, TN 38105. Ramona was born on Dec. 12, 1947, in Geneva and was the daughter of the late Romeo and Jane (Cannuli) Greco. She worked as a residence director for Newark Developmental Center, Retiring in 1990. Ramona served as the coordinator for Martha Ministry, Our Lady of Peace Parish and was a member of the Rosary Society and the Finger Lakes Moose Club. She is survived by her son, Dayna (Janet) Domke of Waterloo; step-daughter, Lisa M. (Ryan) Taylor of Geneva; grandson, Adam Taylor and many cousins and friends. Ramona was predeceased by her loving husband, George R. "Punk" Sparr on Jan. 2, 2023 and her infant son, A.J. Domke in 1976.
