SAVANNAH- Marcia C. Rude, 77, passed away peacefully on Wed. (April 5, 2023) at Geneva General Hospital with her son at her side. In honoring her wishes, there will be a private service for her family.
Contributions may be directed to Humane Society of Wayne County, 1475 County Road, Lyons, NY 14489 in Marcia's memory.
Marcia was born on Sept. 4, 1945 in Rochester, NY and was the daughter of the late Edgar Allen and Janice (Deichmiller) Coe. She was a graduate of Marshall High School, Rochester, NY in 1964 and went on to work for Kodak for 35 yrs. Marcia loved to travel with her husband, Ernie.
She is survived by her husband of 21 yrs. Ernest Rude of Waterloo, NY; son Joseph Riordan of Seneca Falls, NY; sisters; Suzanne, Nancy and Beverly; step children Kristi Ward of Junius and Kevin (Sandy) Rude of Port Gibson; numerous nieces, nephews, step grandchildren, great grandchildren, step brothers and sisters.
Marcia was predeceased by her daughter-in law Chrysti Riordan and step sons-in-law Charlie Ward and Junior Crance.
