CLIFTON SPRINGS/WATERLOO-Judy Leigh Baker, 67, passed away on Thurs. (May 25, 2023), after a long battle with cancer. She is finally at peace. In honoring her wishes, there will be no calling hrs. A celebration of life will be at 1 p.m. Sat. (July 22) at the Buckhorn.

Judy was born in Rochester, NY and was the daughter of the late Robert and Virginia (Klein) Phillips. She worked at Wayne Finger Lakes Boces for almost 30 yrs. Judy enjoyed working with the kids and her co-workers were special to her.
She is survived by her sons Derek (Seana) of Clifton Springs and Josh Baker of Phelps; Brother Robert (Gretta) Phillips of Indianapolis; Sisters Joan (Jim) Chelenza of Waterloo, Nancy Beth (Ronnie) of Florida and Sandy of Florida; Grandchildren Wyatt and Lucy (Riley and Cloe Bump); special nieces, nephews and dear friends, Karen McNicholas, Carol Smith, Joanne Croll, Tina Dennis and Miss Kelly.
