FAIRFIELD, OH/ GENEVA- John P. Stivers, 57, formerly of Geneva, passed away on Mon. (May 22, 2023). Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sat. (June 10), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A funeral service will follow at 12:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. John was born on July 9, 1965, in Geneva and was a son of the late Henry and Phyllis (Sereno) Stivers. John was a 1983 graduate of Romulus Central School where he lettered in football, baseball, and basketball and then attended Morrisville State College. He grew up on Seneca Lake where he spent most of his summers on the water skiing, fishing, swimming and of course golfing with friends. He worked as an IT manager for ATOS for almost 30 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly Stivers; children, John Henry (Jennifer) Stivers, Shelby (Evan) Stivers and Micah Stivers; step-children, Jeremy Vasquez and Ricky Vasquez; grandchildren, Christian John Stivers, Trin Vasquez, Lilee Vasquez and Levi Vasquez; siblings, Bob (Donna) Stivers, Kelly (Mark) Oddi and Teri (John) Onderdonk; many nieces, nephews and close friends.
