Missionary, Mother Elizabeth S. Jackson was born in a little town of Slocomb Alabama and raised in New Brockton Alabama. As a child I attended a Baptist church with my mother, but later after being asked to attend a revival at a local Church of God by Faith with friends I experienced something I had never experienced before. I walked home that night with the family I went to church with and had to look at my feet to make sure I was walking on solid ground instead of floating. The Lord saved me that night at the age of 11 years old. Soon after that I was allowed to move to Geneva Ny with my Aunt who at that time attended a Baptist Church. Later I started to attend church with my grandmother at Mt. Calvary COGIC in Geneva. The Lord would use me in many ways at that time that I did not understand but later in life I would realize how precious it was to be used of the Lord. I worked in the church in whatever capacity needed, willingly, singing in the choir, and at times would teach the youth YPWW class as a teenager. The Lord blessed me to grow in Mt. Calvary under the leadership of the late

Administrative assistant Elder Clarence and District Missionary Dorothy Williams. I worked in the church for over 40 years during that time I continued to sing in the choir, was the director of the Adult chorus, Bible Band President, subbed as teacher in the other auxiliaries when asked. In 1991 after two years of classes with my First Lady and being recommended by my

pastor I received my Missionary License. In 2013 I answered the call of God to go to Colorado after putting it off for several years prior. The Lord jarred my memory by sending someone I did not know, a traveling Spanish speaking minister and he gave me 2 scriptures he said the Lord told him to give me. After reading Genesis 28:15 and Joshua 1:7,8,9 I knew he was sent by God, and the following week at the convocation Prophet Brian Carn verified the same. So I packed my car and my youngest son who had just finished high school and moved to Denver, Colorado found and joined Divine Love Christian Center. While there I was appointed as President of the Missionary Circle in my local church and district, serving under District Missionary Laverne Mills, and the late Supervisor Bertha Washington. After three years I sought the Lord to return to NY, He allowed me to return and I have been working at my local church of Mt Calvary Church of God In Christ since, under the leadership of Pastor Elder Terrance Simmons and First Lady Evangelist Laniece Simmons. Always keeping in my mind

one of my favorite scriptures, "Trust In the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding, In all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct thy path." These scriptures are so, so true and I had to learn to trust those words, and God NEVER failed me or let one word fall to the ground. Praise Him! God blessed me with three wonderful sons and four

beautiful grandchildren of which I'm so thankful.

She is survived by her sons, Joseph (Tanya Buzalko) Richardson, Joel Richardson and Joshua Jackson; mother, Annie Lou McGuire; brothers, Collin (Johnie Mae) Robinson, Robert Allen Robinson, Benjamin Robinson, Johnny (Geisha) Robinson, Huey James (Jackie) Robinson and Glenda Ann Hendrix; a host of grandchildren, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
