Joanne Robson Obituary

Joanne Robson passed away, on November 17, 2023, following a long illness. Joanne was born August 5, 1938, in Geneva, the only child of the late John and Jeanette Antennucci. Growing up in Torrey Park, Joanne was very proud of her Italian heritage. Joanne was a graduate of DeSales High School , class of 1956.

Joanne moved out of the area, in 1981, to broaden her horizons and ended up moving, with her husband, Phil, to several states in the process, before moving back home to Geneva, to be closer to her daughter, Karen. Joanne was a caring, loving, compassionate person. She dressed impeccably and had a flair for fashion and decor. She loved art, music and dancing, and spending quality time with family and friends. If you needed someone to talk to, laugh or cry with, She was always just a phone call away. She will be missed immensely by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is survived by her husband, Phil Robson, her step-children, Gayla, and Scott (Ginger) Robson, all of Kansas , her daughter, Karen Wilson, of Geneva, and her best friend, Kathy Bauer. Besides her parents, Joanne was predeceased by her beloved son , Mark Wilson, and step-daughter, Denise.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Charitable contributions may be made to St Jude's Research Hospital in Joanne's memory. Palmisano Mull Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
