GENEVA- Eva M. Wells, 92, passed into the Arms of her Lord and Savior on Thurs. (March 28, 2024), at the Geneva Living Center North. Friends may call from 9 to 10:50 a.m. Thurs. (April 4), at St. Paul's Full Gospel Baptist Church in Geneva. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. in the church. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery.

Eva was born on Aug. 30, 1931, in New Brockton, AL and was a daughter of the late Andrew and Melissa (Hutchinson) Wells.

She is survived by sons, Garnell Tubbs, Jr. of Phelps, Bishop Andre (Shirley) Tubbs of Geneva; daughter, Edna Tyson of Geneva; sisters, Annie McGuire of Geneva, Annie Lewis of Geneva, and Sarah Nell Praylor of Geneva; a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
