GENEVA- James Earl Kennedy, 50, passed away on Fri. (Oct. 18, 2013), at Geneva General Hospital. Friends may call from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Sat. (Oct. 26), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A funeral service will follow at 2:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
James was born on Dec. 11, 1962 in Medina, NY and was a son of Charlie and Alice (Redding) Kennedy, Jr. He was owner and operator of St. James Tree Service. James was everyone's best friend and deeply loved by all. He will be remembered for being a great man and having a big smile.
He is survived by his mother, Alice Kennedy; sons, Raphael (Allison) Jamison, and Ean (Kristeena Griggs) Titus; daughters, Kaja Kennedy and Lydia Kennedy; 11 brothers and sisters, Charles (Pam) Kennedy, Martha Middleton, Jesse (Denise) Kennedy, Leola (Jeremiah) Savage, Frank (Mona) Kennedy, Leza (Terrell) Woolfolk, Rose (Louis) Joseph, Mary Beth Kennedy, Sarah (Michael) Davis, Willie David Redding and Marion (David) Blanchard; grandchildren, Cameron James Jamison, Jezrielle and Amari Jamison Kennedy and Jaivian Young; several nieces and nephews.
James was predeceased by his father, Charlie Kennedy, Jr.
