GENEVA- Donna L. Phinney, 55, passed away unexpectedly on Fri. (April 26, 2024), at Newark -Wayne Hospital. Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Mon. (May 6), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tues. (May7), in the funeral home.

Donna was born on Jan. 23, 1969, in Clifton Springs and was a daughter of Myrtle (Phinney) Arnold and the late Louis E. Arnold. She worked for many years as a hairdresser before she had her daughter and owned her own business in Geneva. Later, she went back to work for GW Lisk, in Clifton Springs. She loved all who loved her and she cared for a lot of people. She is no longer here but she will never be forgotten.

She is survived by her daughter, Skylar Phinney of Geneva; mother, Myrtle Arnold of Geneva; brothers, Scott (Donna) Arnold of Savannah, Jeff (Bev) Arnold of Geneva and Kelly Arnold of Waterloo; sister, Sue Updyke of Seneca Falls; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
