GENEVA- Jimmy Lee Knight, 83, passed into the Arms of his Lord and Savior on Saturday, (June 8), at Geneva General Hospital. Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday (June 22), at Mt. Calvary Church, 21 Milton St. Geneva. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., in the church. The burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, (June 24), in Glenwood Cemetery. Jimmy was born on May 31, 1941, in Sanford, Fla. and was a son of the late Lem and Mary (Thomas) Knight. He graduated from Crooms Academy in Sanford, Fla. In life, Jimmy held many occupations. He was a carpenter, craftsman, mason and barber, to name a few. He was a hard worker and retired from Eastman Kodak, in Rochester. He is survived by his devoted wife, Elizabeth (Reid) Knight of Geneva; son, Jamie L. Knight of Geneva; daughter, Aisha (Sidney) Moore of Geneva; grandchildren, Jamie Jr. and Jessica Knight, Sydney, Andrew, Austin and A.J. Moore; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Jimmy was predeceased by 10 siblings and grandson, Jon Knight.
