Mireille "Mickie" Renee Cooper GENEVA- Mireille "Mickie" Renee Cooper, 77, passed away peacefully, joining her beloved husband, Carl on Wed. (June 26, 2024), at Strong Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Mickie was born on May 12, 1947, in Toul, Meurthe et Moselle, France and was a daughter of Nicole (Fournier) Husson and the late Julien Husson. She is survived by Joelle (Jean-Marie) Sanchez, sister; Stéphanie (David) Sanchez, niece; Emmanuel (Katia) Sanchez, nephew; Patricia Gaither, sister-in-law; Robert Cooper, brother-in-law; several nieces, nephews and many close friends.

Mickie was predeceased by her husband of 55 years Carl James Cooper.

Her life was one of service and kindness. Known for Volunteering at The Linden Exchange for over 30 years, Mickie was a beacon of light and hope in our community, touching lives through a beautifully lived life.
