GENEVA- Clarissa K. Moore, 44, passed away peacefully to join her beloved husband, Damon Thomas, on Thurs. (Aug. 1, 2024), at the Geneva Living Center North. In honoring her wishes, there will be no prior services. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Glenwood Cemetery.

Clarissa was born on May 16, 1980, in Belle-glade, FL and was a daughter of Carswell and Lucille (Wiggins) Moore, Sr. She worked as a home health aide for CDR, in Geneva. Clarissa enjoyed going to yard sales and feeding her squirrel friends. Above all, she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Zytiah (Tylik) Moore of Geneva, Zayoni Moore of Geneva and Ziyonna Thomas of Geneva; parents, Carswell and Lucille (Wiggins) Moore of Geneva; siblings, Nikea Moore of Geneva, Sherelle Moore of Geneva, Carswell Moore, Jr. of Geneva and Edward Cottman of Geneva; grandchildren, Monae Moore and Tyliyah Hill; niece, Vivian Parks and several other nieces and nephews; special friends, Nichelle Edgar, Sherman Gibson, Willie Burgess and Jermaine "Tata" Saunders.

Clarissa was predeceased by her husband, Damon Thomas.
