GENEVA- Ruth Espada Santiago, 63, passed away on Sat. (Aug. 3, 2024), at home. Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. Thurs. (Aug. 8), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A funeral service will be held at 5 p.m., in the funeral home.

Ruth was born on July 5, 1961, in Coamo, PR and was a daughter of the late Ramon and Carmen Santiago. She was known to always be happy. Ruth enjoyed dancing and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Farelyne Perez, Alexis Perez, Victor Colon and Carmen Colon, all of Geneva; siblings, Carmen Espada, Aida Espada, Ramon Espada, Luis Torres and Elvin Torres; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
