Ernest J. Bruno

GENEVA- Ernest J. Bruno, 82, passed away after a brief illness Friday (November 8, 2024) at Rochester General Hospital. Friends may call from 11 am to 1 pm Saturday (November 16) at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home, 28 Genesee Street, Geneva.

Ernest was born on May 8, 1942, in Geneva and was the son of the late Francis J. and Edith Mae (Sheppard) Bruno. He retired from the City of Geneva, Labor Union 435 and City of Geneva School District.

He is survived by his children Tracey Bruno, Michael (Cristy) Bruno, and Christopher Bruno; grandchildren Tia Morabito, Alyssa Bruno, Codie Spearman, Jordon Spearman, Justin Spearman, Michael Bruno, Dominic Bruno, Angela Bruno, and Michele Bruno; several great grandchildren; sisters Peggy Bruno and Mary Principio.

Ernest is predeceased by his brother Anthony Bruno; grandsons Matthew Bruno and Wally Morabito, Jr.
