Obituary of Margaret A. Greco

Geneva, NY Margaret Ann Greco, 97, passed away peacefully after a long, loving and full life on Wed., (Dec. 11) at St. Ann's in Rochester. Friends may call from 2-5pm on Sun. (Dec. 15) at Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee Street, Geneva. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Mon. (Dec. 16) at St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church. The burial will be at the convenience of the family at St. Mary's Cemetery, Geneva. Margaret was born on Dec 6, 1927 and grew up in Geneva and was the daughter of the late Francesco & Nicoletta (Liberi) DeJohn. She worked at the Forge. Margaret was also a seamstress. Her most fulfilling job of her life, was being a dedicated, loving wife and mother of 3. Marrying the man of her dreams, Albert J Greco, the couple settled out west in Tucson, AZ where they lived for 57 years. Margaret always loved NY and returned for the last 12 years of her life. She loved being surrounded by kids and grandkids, attending church, and still had a love for her casino visits too. From playing 500 Rummy, Bingo, watching Family Feud & Hallmark Movies, or coloring picture after picture to pass the time, there is nothing she loved more than spending time with her dog Madison. She is in for a surprise when she arrives in heaven and sees him there. (Didn't have the heart to tell her when he passed a few months ago.) Predeceased by her husband Al, she was survived by her 2 daughters, Suzanne M. Roehler, Sharon A. (Richard) Greco-O'Connor, 1 son Albert J. Greco, Jr., Grandchildren Audrey Roehler, Caitlin (Aaron) Warriner, Melissa O'Connor, & Christopher (Rachelle) O'Connor, Great grandchildren Ava, Tyler, Cayden, Zara, Christian, & Christopher, Brother in law Tony (Mary Ann) Greco & many Nieces & Nephews. She was also predeceased by her brothers Albert, Tony, Peter, and Arthur DeJohn, and sister's Jenny, Genevieve, Mary Ann, & Gus, Mary & Louis Ferrini Family thanks to St. Ann's Home for the Aged and Greece Community Center for the kindness they have shown her over the years.
