Carmela R. Bonneville GENEVA- Carmela R. Bonneville, 80, passed away after a long illness Wednesday December 18, 2024 at Newark Manor Nursing Home. Family and friends may attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am on Monday, Dec. 23, at St. Stephen’s church, Geneva. Entombment will follow at St. Mary’s Mausoleum. Contributions may be made to Medical Missionaries of Mary, 179 Highland Ave, Somerville, MA 02143 in Carmela’s memory. Carmela was born February 16, 1944 in Tokyo, Japan and was the daughter of the late Fernando and Vera (Albeck) Rodriquez. She enjoyed preparing international cuisine for her family and friends. Carmela was an avid reader, enjoyed gardening, knitting and crocheting and rescued a whole lot of cats, dogs, and even a few birds, she loved animals. She will be missed. She is survived by her devoted husband of 50 yrs Richard Bonneville, Jr of Stanley; loving mother of three daughters Priscilla (Mark) Peacock of Webster, Paula (Mark) Kazmierczak of Hilton, NY and Patricia Fleming of Carlsbad, CA; grandchildren Michael, Christine, Kurtis, Kali and Henry; great grandchildren Zach and Tyler Manciocchi. Carmela is predeceased by sisters Christine and Lanora.
