Rose (DeRaddo) Galusha GENEVA - Rose M. Galusha, 86, passed away Sun., (Jan. 19, 2014), at the Huntington Living Center. A funeral mass for both, Rose and her daughter, Barbara (Galusha) Krieger will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Fri. (Jan. 24), at St. Francis De Sales Church in Geneva. Entombment will follow in St. Mary's Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider donations, in Rose's memory, to the Alzheimer's Association, 435 E. Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620. Rose was born on Jan. 30, 1927, in Geneva, NY, and was a daughter of the late Angelo DeRaddo, Jenny Sperlazza and step-mother, Delphine DeRaddo. Rose was the owner of L&R Restaurant in Geneva, NY. She was a member of St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church in Geneva. She is survived by sons, Thomas Galusha of Rochester and Lawrence (Mary Therese) Galusha of Rochester; daughter, Diane Trotta of Geneva; grandchildren, Joseph Barilla, Jr., Michelle Brown, Alicia Galusha, Matthew Krieger, Lindsay Galusha, and Nicholas Galusha; great-grandchildren, Joshua Barilla, Jonathan Johnson, Trei Huntsman and Emily Brown; sister, Sue Rago; brothers-in-law Dominick Galusha and Wayne Suter; sister-in-law, Anna Marie (Frank) Giardino. Rose was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence R. Galusha; daughter, Barbara Krieger; brother, John DeRaddo; sister, Mary Jane Suter; nephew, Gerald Galusha; step mother, Delphine Galusha and other family members.
