BORDER CITY- Rose M. Felice, 84, passed away peacefully on Mon. (Feb. 24, 2014), at home, surrounded by her loving family. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wed. (Feb. 26), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC 28 Genesee St. Geneva. Funeral services will begin with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. Thurs. (Feb. 27), followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church in Geneva. A spring burial will be held in Oaklawn Cemetery. Contributions may be directed to the Border City Hose Company 3000 Fallbrook St. Geneva, NY 14456, or the charity of one's choice. Rose was born on July 15, 1929 in Waterloo and was a daughter of the late Charles and Anna (DiCicco) Sabatine. She worked as a bookkeeper for the A&P, a production worker for Zotos, and a lunch monitor at the Border City School. Rose volunteered her time to the Border City Hose Company and the Home and School Club. She enjoyed bowling, traveling to the casino, but most of all, spending time with her family. Rose and her husband, Ralph shared 65 years of marriage together. She would follow her family everywhere and helped her daughter with her business, "Geneva Martial Arts", in Border City. Rose was a member of St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Ralph A. Felice of Border City; daughters, Susan Carlson of Border City and Christina "Tina" Felice of Border City; brother, Charles (Sara) Sabatine of Holcomb, NY; grandchildren, Derek J. (Jennifer) Carlson, Tara (Darel) Carlson-Logue and Cameron R. Felice; great-grandchildren, Owen and Zoey Carlson; special nephew, Anthony Sabatine; special niece, Ann Shirley Sabatine-Simnitt, and several other nices and nephews. Rose was predeceased by her brothers, Anthony Sabatine, Albert Sabatine, Nicholas Sabatine and Richard Sabatine; great-granddaughter, Emelia Carlson. The Felice family would like to thank the following for all their support over the years, Dr. Richardson of Rochester General Hospital, Dr. Lambert from Geneva General Hospital, Lifetime Care, Debi Bixby and Mary Spittler.
