BELLONA- Jacob Paul Johnson, 39 Passed away on Thurs. (April 10), at Strong Memorial Hospital. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Jacob was born on May 27, 1974 in Honolulu, HI and was a son of Katherine V. and Mark P. Lavarnway.
He is survived by his parents, Katherine V. and Mark P. Lavarnway of Bellona; son, Gavin Parker Johnson of Farmington; brother, Dan (Jessica) Lavarnway of Penn Yan; uncles, Robert Johnson of Gilbert, AZ and Gerald Johnson of Huntsville, AL; aunts, Lisa Johnson of Boca Raton, FL, Patricia Gonzales of El Monte, CA and several cousins.
Jacob was predeceased by his sister, Jacqueline Ruth Wink.
