Mary Jane "MJ" Haddad
Mary Jane "MJ" Haddad, 69, passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at her home in Florida with her family at her side. Due to the wishes of MJ there will be no services. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Geneva, NY at convenience of the family.
Contributions may be made in MJ's memory to Cancer foundations of ones choice.
MJ was the daughter of the late John and Marion Hayes of St. Johnsville, NY. She was a dedicated, honest, loyal and loving friend, mother and wife. MJ has touched many lives and hearts throughout her years. She was employed at Hobart and William Smith Colleges for 34 years. MJ enjoyed playing bingo and golf. She also spent a lot of time creating hand crotched gifts for people that were special to her.
MJ is survived by husband of 50 yrs., Edward Haddad, Sr. of Summerfield, Florida; 2 daughters Michelle Alexander of Tampa, Florida and Tracy (Bruce) Maybury of Waterloo, NY; 1 son Edward Haddad, Jr. (Kelley Ryan) of Seneca Falls, NY; 6 grandchildren Tyler Alexander, Hailey Peen, Brianna (Ryan) Detwiler, Brandon Maybury, Miley and MaKenna Haddad; 1 great grandchild Kendal Detwiler; 1 sister Ida (Don) Luther ; along with several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents MJ is predeceased by 2 sisters Maggie VanGorder and Donna Hayes; 2 brothers Ronald Hayes and John Hayes. MJ will be missed by all.
