Lawrence 'Larry' M. Munson SENECA FALLS - Lawrence 'Larry' M. Munson, 61, went to the Lord on Tues. (Sept. 23, 2014), at Strong Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Sun. (Sept. 28), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC 28 Genesee St. Geneva, NY 14456. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 a.m. Mon. (Sept. 29), at the Geneva Christian Fellowship 845 Canandaigua Rd. Geneva, NY 14456. Burial will be at 12 p.m. Tues. (Sept. 30), in Mt. Olivet Cemetery 4000 Elmwood Ave. Kenmore, NY 14217. Donations in Larry's name may be directed to the Geneva Christian Fellowship 845 Canandaigua Rd. Geneva, NY 14456. Larry was born on Jan. 14, 1953, in N. Tonawanda, NY, and was a son of the late Cleatus andSusanne(Pytlik) Munson. He received both his Bachelors and Associates degrees in Engineering . Larry worked as a Senior Product Specialist, and was an active member in various committees, employed by Goulds ITT in Seneca Falls. He was a member the Sons of American Legion. He was a NYS Section 5 Wrestling Official for the past 15 years, a member of the Hodge Podge Lodge B.O.T.B. and enjoyed bow hunting, hiking and camping. Larry was a caring man which made him a friend to many. Above all, he was a devoted family man who loved his family very much. He was an active member of the Geneva Christian Fellowship Church in Geneva, dedicating his time to teaching Sunday school, working with the children and going on mission trips. He is loved and will be missed by his wife, Vicky (Madrid) Munson of Seneca Falls; sons, Joshua (Emily) Munson of Pittsburgh, PA and Jason Munson of Geneva; brother, Cleatus (CJ) Munson of Grenada, MS ; sisters, Mary (Paul) Churder of N. Tonawanda, Ruth Munson of Akron and Susanne Parish of the Town of Tonawanda; father-in-law, Harry (Lois) Madrid of Tonawanda; thirteen nieces and nephews, many friends and his beloved dog, Riley. Larry was predeceased by his sister, Lucille Munson.
