GENEVA- Onnalee Kurk, 92, passed away peacefully on Wed. (Oct. 29, 2014), at the Geneva Living Center North. A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Onnalee was born on Jan. 29, 1922, in Geneva, NY, and was a daughter of the late Robert and Jennie (Longcoy) House. She worked at Shuron Optical, the Market Basket and was the ticket lady at Shrine's Theater. Onnalee was the former secretary and advisor of the Geneva Women's Club, a member of the Red Hat Society, the American Legion Auxiliary in Middlesex and was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church in Geneva.
She is survived by her Son, Thomas Kurk of Manchester; 2 step- grandchildren, Kimberly (Timothy) Rouland and Paula (Peter) Paul; 5 step-great grandchildren, Jacob and Kaleb DeVoll, Rachel and Abigail Rouland and Niam Paul; several nieces and nephews.
Onnalee was predeceased by her husband, Chester Kurk; daughter, Sharon Lee; brothers, Carlton and Robert House; sister, Jane Foster and daughter-in-law, Nancy Kurk.
