GENEVA - Frances M. Crisanti, 89, passed away peacefully on Mon. (Nov. 8, 2010) at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7to 9 p.m. Thurs. (Nov. 11) at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home, LLC, 28 Genesee St., Geneva. Funeral services will begin with prayers at 10:30 a.m. Fri. (Nov. 12) at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Francis De Sales Roman Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery.

Frances was born Sept. 26, 1921, in Geneva and was the daughter of the late Saverio and Domenica 'Mary' (Monfreda) Orofino. With her husband, they owned and operated the Crisanti Bakery on Castle St. in Geneva in 1950. Upon her husbands retirement, Frances baked all the cakes for their, "all occasion "cake business, operated out of their home. She was devoted to her family and her church. Frances was a member of St. Francis De Sales Roman Catholic Church, an active member of the Dove Program and the Prayer Line. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, who took pride in providing her family and friends with a comfortable home. Frances will be sadly missed by all.

She is survived by her six children, Cris (Debbie DeRaddo) Crisanti, Francine (Randy) Hagadorn, Wylie 'Joe' (Debbie) Crisanti, Rita (James) Halpin, Samuel (Ellen) Crisanti and Mary Crisanti; grandchildren, Laura and Michael Crisanti, Kristy (Kevin) Foster, Kimberly (Rick) Bush, Wylie (Chrystal) Crisanti, Jr., Nicholas, Steven and Karen Crisanti, Angela and Andrea Crisanti and Amanda (John) Ferriter; nine great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Ann Daugenti, and several nieces and nephews.

Frances was predeceased by her husband, Wylie 'Cris', brothers, Caeser and John Daugenti and daughter-in-law, Diane Crisanti.
