Mary R. Mascari GENEVA - Mary R. Mascari, 94, passed away Sun. (Nov. 14, 2010) at Geneva General Hospital. In honoring her wishes, there will be no prior calling hours. Funeral services will begin with prayers at 9 a.m. Thurs. (Nov. 18) at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home, LLC, 28 Genesee St., Geneva, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. at St. Stephen's Roman Catholic Church, in Geneva. Entombment will follow in St. Mary's Mausoleum. Mary was born Feb. 19, 1916, in Buffalo, NY and was a daughter of the late Nicholas and Dominica (Lazio) Mascari. She was employed by the U.S. Naval Center at Sampson, NY during the Second World War and by the Henry Ford Hospital in Wyandotte, MI prior to her retirement. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Nicholas (Roseanne) Mascari of Brockport, Maria (Steve) Ferrel of Clarkson, Michael Mascari of Rochester, Stephen Mascari of Pattaya, Thailand, David Mascari of Houston, TX, Allene Mascari of Fairport, Maria Venuti of Karlsruhe, Germany and Bernadette (Pete) Brandon of Republic, WA. Mary was predeceased by her sisters, Anne Mascari, Josephine Mascari, Frances Mascari Venuti; brother, Charles Mascari, DDS; niece, Margaret Venuti and nephew, Joseph Venuti.
