Patrick E. Cook GENEVA - Patrick E. Cook, 96, passed away Sat. (Jan. 8, 2011) at the Geneva Living Center - South. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Wed. (Jan. 12) at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home, LLC, 28 Genesee St., Geneva. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery. Contributions may be directed to Our Lady of Peace Parish, 130 Exchange St. Geneva, NY 14456. Patrick was born Oct. 5, 1914, in Geneva, NY, and was a son of the late Augusto and Mary (Caito) Cook. He worked for many years with Greyhound as a bus driver. During WWII, Patrick worked for the Seneca Army Depot as a transport driver. He was a past member of the Moose Lodge and enjoyed fishing, casino trips and baseball. Patrick was a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish. He is survived by his son, Patrick (Linda) Cook II of Wasilla, Alaska; daughters, Madonna Dietsch of Brandon, Florida and Rosalie Slevin of Kissimmee, FL.; sister, Theresa Caravita of Geneva; grandchildren, Lenny (Jode) Dietsch, Melody and Todd Dietsch, Jennifer (Jeff) Weed and Christopher Slevin; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Patrick was predeceased by his beloved wife, Susan M. (Palumbo) Cook and grandson, Patrick J. Cook.
