GENEVA - Joseph A. DiRaddo, Jr., 80, passed away Thurs. (April 21, 2011) at Geneva General Hospital. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wed. (April 27) at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home, LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Thurs. (April 28) at St. Francis De Sales Roman Catholic Church in Geneva. Entombment will follow in St. Mary's Mausoleum.

Joseph was born March 27, 1931, in Geneva, and was the son of the late Joseph A. and Marinina (Colella) DiRaddo. He worked as a comptroller, employed by the American National Can in Geneva. Joseph served his country in the United States Air Force, during the Korean War. He was a Graduate of Syracuse University and a life long member of St. Francis De Sales Roman Catholic Church in Geneva.
He is survived by his wife, Katherine H. 'Kay' DiRaddo of Geneva; sister, Rachel Feligno; sisters-in-law, Elsie DiRaddo of Rochester and Nellie DiRaddo of Auburn and several nieces and nephews.
Joseph was predeceased by his brothers, Emilio, Tony, Nicky, Choppy and Johnny DiRaddo and sister, Mary Donahue.
