Obituary of Anthony F. Yannotti

Anthony F. Yannotti GENEVA - Anthony F. Yannotti, 76, passed away peacefully on Tues. (Aug. 23, 2011) at Geneva General Hospital. Friends may call from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sat. (Aug. 27), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A prayer service will be held at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Contributions may be directed to the Ontario ARC, 3071 County Complex Dr. Canandaigua, NY 14424, in his memory. Anthony was born on July 18, 1935, in Geneva, and was a son of the late Anthony L. and Teresa V. Yannotti. He worked for 20 years and retired from the American Can Company, then he went on to work at International Paper. Anthony loved his family, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a good cook and loved to garden. Anthony was an avid bowler, bowling a perfect game of 300 on Sept. 30, 1981. He is survived by his sons, Anthony R. (Carla) Yannotti of Canandaigua, Gino Yannotti of Virginia and Rocco Yannotti of Arizona; daughters, Carol (Ronald) Nardozzi of Geneva, Diane (William) Cronk of Texas, Tina (Greg) Burgess of Geneva and Melodie Yanotti of Geneva; brothers, Fred (Pat) Yannotti of Florida, Richard Yannotti of Geneva and John (Charlotte) Yannotti of Junius; sister, Teresa Malone of Geneva; 17 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Anthony was predeceased by his wife, Martha 'Marti' (Pasqua) Yannotti and brother-in-law, Mick Malone. The family would like to thank his friends and staff at Geneva General Hospital Dialysis Unit for all their love and support.
