Martin D. Lozada GENEVA - Martin D. Lozada, 76, passed away peacefully in home with his family at his side, Wednesday (Feb 22, 2012). Family and friends may call Sunday (February 26) from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home, LLC, 28 Genesee Street, Geneva. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday (February 27) at 9:30 am at St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church, Geneva. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. Memorial contributions in honor of Martin Lozada may be sent to Finger Lakes Hematology and Oncology, 6 Ambulance Drive, Clifton Springs, NY, 14432. Martin was born July 28, 1935, and was a son of the late Jose and the late Ariberta (Diaz) Lozada. He retired from Finger Lakes Race Track. Martin was a former softball player, avid bowler and fisherman. He loved his grandchildren. Martin was a simple man, a joy to all. He is survived by his long time loving companion, Julie Jensen; four sons, Martin (Carol) Lozada of Geneva, NY, William Lozada of Penn Yan, NY, Adrian (Gina) Lozada of Rochester, NY, Harold (Diane) Smith of Penn Yan, NY; two daughters, Cheryl (Ron) Johnson of Dundee, NY and Ronna (Chuck) Smith of Dundee, NY; two sisters, Juanna Lozada and Ortilia Lozada both of Puerto Rico; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; godchild Lida Vazquez. Martin was predeceased by his parents, wife Lorraine Lozada, brothers and sister.
