WATERLOO- An eternal candle is now lit for the life of Patricia Ann Vassello, 76, passed away peacefully on Thurs. (March 24, 2016), at Strong Memorial Hospital. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wed. (March 30), at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church in Geneva.
Patricia was born on April 26, 1939 and was a daughter of the late James and Dorothea (McLaughlin) Farlo. She worked as a special weapons inspector at the Seneca Army Depot and retired after many years. Patricia was a member of the Red Hat Society.
She is survived by her children, David Neve, Paula (Bruce) Alcock, Laurie (Don) Mintonye and Mike (Elaine) Vassello; sister, Brenda Maulfair; grandchildren, Sadie Garcia, Jade Alcock, Amy (Mike) and Alex (Sara) Mintonye, Christine (Brian) Finnerty and Scott (Sarah) Vassello; 10 great-grandchildren; family friend, James Hazen; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Patricia was predeceased by her husband, Anthony Vassello and Great, great granddaughter, Luna Neve Harris.
