GENEVA- David Noel Velazquez, 48, passed away on Tues. (May 31, 2016), at Strong Memorial Hospital. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Mon. (June 6), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A funeral service will be at 12 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery.
David was born on Sept. 5, 1967, in Puerto Rico.
He is survived by his children, David Velazquez, Jr. of Geneva, Nanette (Jabbar) Whitfield of Geneva, Edgardo (Cynthia) Velazquez of Geneva and Mariah (Santos) Rodriguez of Geneva; fiancé, Kathy Jones of Geneva; brother, Efrain Velazquez of Newark; sister, Daisy Velazquez of Newark; 8 grandchildren; 1 niece and 3 nephews.
