Obituary of William Eugene Buck

WATERLOO- William E. Buck, 68, passed away on Mon. (June 6, 2016), at Highland Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sat. (June 11), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. in the funeral home with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to Beverly Animal Shelter, 50 E. River St. Waterloo, NY 13165 or the Canandaigua VA Medical Center, 400 Fort Hill Ave. Canandaigua, NY 14424. Bill was born on Sept. 29, 1947, in Waterloo and was a son of the late Elmer and Evelyn (Naragon) Buck. He was a member of the Geneva High School graduating class of 1965. Bill served his country in the United States Marine Corps from 1967 to 1972. He worked as a plumber and pipefitter for the Union Local 13 in Rochester. Bill was a life member of the Nester Hose Co. of Geneva. He enjoyed the company of his dogs, hunting, fishing and racing. He is survived by his loving wife Charlene (Riggs) Buck of Waterloo; children, Kelly Carroll of Carr, CO, Lisa (Jeff Swan) Buck of E. Rochester, Steven (Lisa) Seabury of Kings Park, NY, Shannon (Bill) Kolbeck of Canandaigua, Heather (Dave Beck) Seabury of Cato and Melanie (Scott) Raes of Shortsville; brother, Steve Buck of Penn Yan; sister, Linda (Richard) Bennett of Waterloo; grandchildren, Tyler and Alyssa Carroll, Robert Gittens, Audrey Buck-Swan, Emma and Liam Seabury, Taylor (Ankit Desai) Kolbeck, Quinton and Morgan Kolbeck, Scoutt Cotto, Sebastian Durgee and Eliott Raes; Nieces and nephew, Michele (Tim) DeYoung, Cody Buck and Carlee Buck; his great niece, Alexandra DeYoung and his "girls", Ellie and Sophie.
