Ronald George Greene
GENEVA- Ronald George Greene, 69, passed away unexpectedly at home on Tues. (Dec. 27, 2016). In honoring Ron's wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
Ronald was born on April 8, 1947 in Waterloo and was a son of the late George Ronald and Mary Taddario Greene. He was a member of the Geneva High School graduating class of 1965. Ron served his country in the United States Army from 1966 to 1968. He received the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal and the Vietnam Campaign Medal. Ronald was an avid outdoorsman, guns man, hunter, fisher and abstract painter who spent much of his time at the beautiful lakes of this area.
He is survived by his son Matthew Greene of Los Angeles, CA; Brother, Robert (Edith) Greene of Waterloo.
