Obituary of Michael Moracco

Michael H. Moracco GENEVA- Michael H. Moracco, 55, passed away on Sunday (July 9, 2017), at Clifton Springs Hospital. Family and friends may call from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday (July 13), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A service will follow in the funeral home at 6:30 p.m. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Mike was born on Oct. 8, 1961 in Geneva, and was a son of Betty (McClain) Prete and the late Ralph Moracco. He was an avid golfer, being a three time Geneva city championship winner, who shared his passion with many friends. Mike was a fun and loving father, grandfather, brother, son, and friend- who valued and enjoyed the simple things in life.. whose presence put a smile on anyone's face. He was known for for having a big sense of humor and a heart of gold. He is survived by his beloved one and only daughter, Brittany (Paul Yaxis) Moracco; mother, Betty Prete; siblings, Bonnie Constable, Dawn (Steve) Sciarabba, Ralph Moracco, Chrissy (John) Curtis, Dena (Joe Candidori) Prete; grandchildren, Landon and Elliana Yaxis; several nieces, nephews and friends.
