Richard "Dick" L. Mungo GENEVA- Richard "Dick" L. Mungo, 74, passed away peacefully on Fri. (Nov. 17, 2017), at the Geneva Living Center North, surrounded by his family. Family and friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Sun. (Nov. 26), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Mon. (Nov. 27), in St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church. Dick was born on March 6, 1943 in Geneva and was the son of the Angelo and Jannette (Rowe) Mungo. He worked as a plant manager for Geneva Club Beverage and retired after 40 years. Dick coached baseball and football and was an avid NY Yankees and NY Giants fan. He was also a board member for the Geneva Cubs. Dick was a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish and the Sons of the American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Carolan Moses Mungo of Geneva; sons, Richard (Kelly) Mungo, Jr. of Newark and David (Jennifer) Mungo of Geneva; sister, Marie (Bernerd) Leisenring of Geneva; grandchildren, David Mungo, Jr., Gabrielle McClellan, Sierra Yestrumski, Michael Mungo and A'Miya Mungo; niece and nephews, Craig, Matthew, Preston, Kevin, Thomas, Joseph, Michael and Emily; great-nieces, Audrianna and Julianna; Sister in Law, Rosemary (Moses) Jenkins and brother-in-law, Joseph (Karen) Moses.
