Anna Marie Liberatore GENEVA- Ann Liberatore, 94, passed away peacefully on Thurs. (March 15, 2018), surrounded by her family at Geneva General Hospital. Family and friends may call from 1 to 4 p.m. Sun. (March 18), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Mon. (March 19), in St. Stephen's Catholic Church, Geneva. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery. Contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in Ann's memory. Ann was born on Jan. 1, 1924, in Waterloo and was a daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Comis) Privitera and step dad George Strally. George and Mary married after Anthony passed away and joined the two families together. She graduated from Waterloo High School. Ann worked at the Seneca army Depot, where she met the love of her life. She then stayed at home to raise her family. Years later, Ann returned to work at the West St. School in Geneva. She was the happiest when she was taking care of her children and grandchildren. Ann loved to cook, bake pies and cakes. Everyone loved her baked chicken. She is survived by her children, Ralph Liberatore, Jr. of Canandaigua, Rita Gigliotti of Geneva and Mary (Daniel) Bennett of Geneva; grandchildren, Anthony (Danielle), Amoree and Ashlee Liberatore, James (Jennifer) and Joseph (Heather) Gigliotti, Daniel C. and Robert P. (Kira Cosentino) Bennett; great-grandchildren, Michael and Matthew Giglioitti, Ashlyn Liberatore and Nora Rose Bennett. Anna was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Ralph Liberatore, Sr., in 2007; 2 sisters, a brother-in-law; step sisters and brothers.
