GENEVA/PULTENEY- Ruth Caroline Mitchell, 78, passed away peacefully on Mon. (Jan. 27, 2020), surrounded by her loving family at home. Friends may call from 9:30 to 11: 30 a.m. Mon. (Feb. 3), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A funeral service will be at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery.
She is survived by her children, Lloyd Mitchell, Jackie Mitchell, Lillian (Bryan) Decker, Dorlene French, Hazel Arden, Ruthie Cooney, Phyllis (Gerald) Bogart and Linda (Kurt) Cooper; brothers, Roy Fowler and Charles Fowler; sister, Elsie VanCamp; grandchildren, Thomas and Josh, Rocky, Chris and Victor, Yvonne and Bryana, Ashley, Anthony and Tiffany, Nikolas, Blossom and Bradlie, Todd Jr., Brandon and Samantha, Sara, Jason, Laura, Matilda and Miranda, Brittany, Jonathon and Nathaniel; great-grandchildren, Dominick, Hunter, Arabella, Giovanni, Trenton, Xavier, Cirenity, Sarah and Zander.
