My condolences and prayers to Steve, Peyton, Carson and Mr & Mrs. Delamarter and Jamie. I am so very sad to hear of Michelle's passing and my heart goes out to all of you. Shelly was my best childhood friend and I will always cherish my memories of growing up together, running back and forth between our houses, swimming in the canal, riding on our go-cart and wagon and having so many great adventures. RIP dear old friend.

Our thoughts of Michelle always go to the many days she was at our home playing with our daughters the play they put on I the back yard , the Halloween the girls dressed as salt and peppers shakers and won the prize at the store in the plaza up the road and so many other times she was a part of our family. Rest in peace Michelle and we will see you up yonder one day.
Love you as our third daughter,

I knew Michelle in the library world and always enjoyed seeing her smiling face and talking with her about library related items, but also our families and raising sons. She was a positive and energetic woman who will be sorely missed by all who knew her. My heart is breaking for her family and close friends. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time.
Sincerely,
Colleen Betrus (Naples CSD)

I'm in total shock hearing of Michelle's passing. My heart breaks for all of you. You're all in my thoughts and prayers. Michelle and I spent many hours together when we were young then lost touch after high school and reconnected when our boys were in school together and played little league. I'll charish every memory I have with her. Please reach out if there is anything you need. God bless!

Our hearts are heavy to have to say goodbye too soon to our neighbor Michelle Miller. We moved in next door 13 years ago and we watched our children grow up together. Having children the similar ages and both our husbands retired from the US Navy we have had many enjoyable moments. She loved Steve, Payton and Carson so much and she was so proud of her family. Michelle was always positive and upbeat. I will truly miss our impromptu moments when we stopped our yard work to enjoy socializing together. Brad and I loved bowling with Steve and Michelle when the kids were little. She was taken from this earth way to early. I will always remember all the good times together and on the hot summer days when I take a break from yard work I will think of our friendship.

Although we only new Michelle a short time through band events, she was a loving, happy person. We could see that her family was her first priority.
We are sincerely sorry for you loss. She was too young to leave this Earth.

I met Michelle during bootcamp at SU when we started graduate school together. Her intellect, drive, curiosity, boundless energy, and dedication to the profession always had a way of re-energizing me when we'd cross paths after starting our careers. But most importantly, she was just really fun to be around. She had a wicked sense of humor paired with such humility that, on parting, made you remark, "we need to get together more often!" My thoughts are with Steve and their sons, whom she loved so much.
