WATERLOO- Joyce A. Andrews, 79, passed away peacefully on Fri. (May 21, 2021), at Soldiers and Sailors Hospital. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Wed. (May 26), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC; 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery.
Joyce was born on Dec. 23, 1941 in Geneva and was a daughter of the late Willard and Hazel (Underwood) McMillen. She worked as an activity aide at Clifton Springs Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Andrews of Waterloo; son, P Mike (Tia) Loucks of Waterloo; daughters, Faith (Bill) Bourne of Waterloo and Hope (Rich) Millis of Waterloo; step-children, Robert Andrews of Canandaigua, Mark (Eileen) Andrews of Penn Yan and Heather Pinneo of Canandaigua; sister, Bonnie Jones of Waterloo; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. As Joyce loves them all, she had an extra bond with her youngest grandson, Jahvon Loucks. She and Jahvon spent a lot of time together. Joyce was so proud of him and loved to watch him play football, Lacrosse, etc. He was always there when she needed him.
Joyce was predeceased by her daughter, Kathy Morlang; brother, Robert McMillen.
