ROCHESTER-Jessica C Mills, 37, went peacefully to God on Wed. (July 31, 2013).
As per Jessica's request, a private service will be at the family's convenience.
Jessica enjoyed crocheting baby blankets for all those she loved and photographing lighthouses. She is survived by her husband, Ryan Mills of Rochester; son, Bernie Holm of Ohio; sister, Jenny Siler of Ohio; brother, Neil Siler of Texas; parents and other family members.
