Geneva – Annie Watts-Frederick, passed away Friday, (December 24, 2021) at Providence Northeast Hospital in Columbia, SC. A home going service will be scheduled on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 9 am at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church. The calling hours will be Saturday morning from 9-10 am and service from 10-11am at the church. Annie was born in Madison County, GA on November 26, 1930, to the late Telly and Ella Williams. Annie worked for Head-start School for 20 years as a Family Worker. She touched a lot of parents and children's lives in a special way in this capacity. Annie loved people and her family and always had a smile on her face. She is survived by children Sylvester (Vernita) McBride, Roger (Betty) Williams, Annette Hoffman, Annie Mae Napper, James (Bruny) Watts, Alma "Jeannie" (Stan) Moore, Step-children Veronica Davis (Allen B. Davis), Nichelle Edgar, William "Billy" Frederick (Nicole) and Jason Frederick. and a host of grand and great-grandchildren. Annie is preceded in death by her husband Amos Frederick; children Nathaniel Williams and Charles Watts. The family would like you to know that she fought a good fight and kept the faith after an extended illness. We feel at peace knowing that she can rest now.
