Dennis was a wonderful friend and neighbor. He went out of his way to talk with whomever came by and he faithfully worked his large garden so that he could share its abundance with all of us. He was never without a dog treat and knew the neighbors dogs by name. I'd often tell my pups that we were taking a walk to see Uncle Dennis and they knew right where to go. He will be greatly missed.
